The Horn that Wakes Empty The Horn that Wakes

So, with the fourth chapter pack of the Kingsroad cycle already out in the stores, which cards do you think will have the biggest impact? What new decks are out there?

I'm personally looking forward to making a trait manipulation deck for melee, with Ygritte and Melissandre's Favor to steal the best that the table has to offer. And, of course, with the new Coldhands, who might not make you any friends but offers a huge amount of control, since you target one character of each opponent.

In case you haven't seen the cards yet, they can be found here (but, curiously, not on cardgamedb so far).

Was expecting to see more Wildlings/ Night's Watch in this pack (neutral ones) but it's a good pack regardless. Looking forward to using Jon in a Stark/ NW build.

Drew has been swamped with work and personal problems recently so that's probably why they haven't appeared.

Janos slynt is dumb, Jon snow is solid even outside a NW or wildling deck, Mels Favor is cool but expensive, cold hands is a useful cheap tool and befouled river will be awesome with flood waters. everything else is "meh"

Janos is indeed dumb, the kind of auto-include cards that really stymie deckbuilding. I don't know if I'd play Jon in a "regular" Stark deck, I already have a hard time including Riders of the Red Fork and they sport a War crest and can be bought with Robb.
Mel's Favor should be mediocre in joust but bonkers in melee; the less turns a game lasts the more its value goes up.
I don't really see Flood Waters as all that useful with Befouled River. There are other events that make the opponent discard 2 cards, like The Bear and the Maiden Fair. It's not like you can base your strategy on trigering Befouled that much, as you'll soon find yourself ahead in cards in command. Maybe Befouled plus one of the better River plots, like Shores of Ny Sar will see some play in KotHH decks.
How about Betrayal at the Wall? Are there any non-NW/Wildlings decks that will benefit from running an 8th plot?

Bear and maiden requires winning a challenge, flood waters is any phase and can trigger your other river plots as well (before the black walls could be awesome)

Red Queen's Faithful + Mel's Favour = win in marshalling phase... I'm liking it.

Coldhands really is coming in useful in every deck I play, or play against. In a Bara deck with Dale Seaworth it's incredible, bouncing him in and out to raid your discard pile. Using Retreat/Called to Court to bring him back to hand and do the same again is not to be sniffed at. In Stark that Call of the Three Eyed Crow helps. Using him to target himself and an opponent's power laden, attachment heavy character just in order to wipe that character clean is evil, evil stuff - your renown characters/Maesters are not safe. Still, who plays Maesters anymore?

Basically he's an easy include in most decks. Aside from that, the Dayne Spearman and Dornish Hermitage has encouraged me to build a pretty nasty icon removal Martell deck which is having some success.

But Melisandre's Favor - incredible. Use with Initiate of the Citadel, rinse & repeat. (so much for not playing Maesters, eh).
